Walking hand-in-hand into the exquisite Balmoral Hall of Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, Idris and Fatima Ajimobi were the cynosure of all eyes, especially with their gait, composure and smart outlook.
Apparently, the two lovebirds, whose colorful wedding eight months ago exhibited class, elegance and wealth, came to the awards to shore up Governor Umar Ganduje, who for the second year running won the New Telegraph’s Governor of the Year Award in Health and Education.
The handsome Idris is the only son of Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi while Fatima is the pretty daughter of Governor Ganduje.
While seated at the award venue, the couple dived into each with words only audible to them only and its clear the combination fits just right.
It was no upset when Governor Ganduje specially recognised the cute couple during his awards speech.
Fatima is a First Class graduate of the American University of Nigeria, Yola, Adamawa State. The human rights activist is the founder of Let’s Talk Humanity, a non-government Organisation, devoted to providing educational services to children, disabled and impaired; youth education and women empowerment.
