Ibadan High Chief turned monarchs were at the residence of governor-elect of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde yesterday.

This was after they had sent congratulatory message to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate.

They were led by Oba Lekan Balogun, who  doubles as the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland.
