Baring any last minute change of mind, the annual birthday celebration of Ibadan based investor and Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Chief Dotun Sanusi, will not hold this year.
This development is coming on the heels of the filler from Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, the fast rising hospitality outfit of Chief Dotun Sanusi, that Chairman as he is fondly called by his employees has decided not to celebrate his birthday elaborately this year as he has done in the past three years.
Our correnspondent scooped further that Chief Dotun Sanusi, a silent philanthropist, will instead spend his birthday period with the physically challenged persons.
In order to confirm the veracity of this information, our correnspondent who visited Ilaji Resort reliably gathered from one of the aides of Chief Sanusi, Hazeez Ayansola, that the Chairman’s birthday will not hold this year.
In the words of our source, “acting according to the purpose of God’s call on the life of our Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort, Chief (Engr) Dotun sanusi, in the fulfilment of his calling to arrive at the ordained destiny of his life, he has therefore decided not to celebrate his birthday this year as he had done in the past three years. The birthday celebration of 2021 has therefore, been cancelled”.
Chief Dotun Sanusi will be recalled was recently announced as the South-West Pillar of Sports, Oyo State Tourism Ambassador and the news of the federal government’s approval of his Radio Station, Ilaji FM, was greeted with wild jubilations among his friends, employees and well-wishers.
