Few hours to the selection of candidates to fly its flags in the planned chairmanship and councilorship election, the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has postponed it.
Though details are still sketchy as to why it was postponed, OYOINSIGHT.COM learnt that it will now in three days time.
“Oyo State PDP LG Primary election postponed for 72 hours, PDP leadership to meet stakeholders for further consultation,” the party spokesperson, Akeem Olatunji, said in a terse statement Thursday morning.
