The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, gubernatorial candidate has criticised the order given to secondary school principals in Oyo state to attend a meeting summoned by the APC gubernatorial candidate, Mr Bayo Adelabu tomorrow.
In a release signed by Prince Dotun Oyelade, Engr Makinde described the move as an effrontery and an audacious misbehaviour by an arrogant man who assumed he will be governor by hook or crook.
Makinde said. “Inviting secondary schools principals to a meeting at Mapo hall? In what capacity? As a Constituted Authority in the embryo or what?”
Makinde advised the principals to ignore the call altogether and retain their self-esteem.
According to the statement, Adelabu, who described Governor Ajimobi as his hero cannot order the state civil servants around like his boss did.
