Engineer Dotun Sanusi, Ilaji Resort Boss, is doing another wonder in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
In Olugbade compound, where he is Mogaji, he has started demolishing old structures and building new ones.
At the moment, more than three structures have given way for a three-bedroom flat, palace, mosque and toilet.
The 52-year old Otun Apesinola of Ibadanland, who owns International College of Arts, Science and Technology, ICAST, Elebu, recently began construction of an artificial beach at his Ilaji Resort and Games Village, Akanran.
In a brief chat with OYOINSIGHT.COM, Sanusi said it was an attempt to provide better shelter for his people and create more space through the building of modern houses and facilities.
He added that the project is a continuous one as he would not stop until everywhere within the compound is touched.
