Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria’s president, has appointed a University of Ibadan professor, Eghosa Osaghae as director general of the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs.
The political science scholar is the immediate past vice-chancellor of the Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State.
