Members of the All Progressives Congress Aspirants Forum in Oyo State have congratulated a former governor of of the state, Otunba Alao Akala, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
The forum congratulated Akala in a letter signed by Hon. Comrade Akeem Ayo Babalola, Coordinator; Hon. Dejo Adebisi, Director, Media & Strategy; Hon. Ademola Solalu, Secretary; and Hon. Akin Alli, Director, Contact & Mobilization.
They described the Ogbomosho-born politician as a benevolent leader.
“We, members of the APC Aspirants Forum across all the Local Governments of Oyo state wish to join the multitude of your admirers and well-wishers in the celebration of your attainment of the Age of wisdom, humaneness and compassion,” they wrote in the letter.
They added,”As attested to by all, whose parts have crossed yours politically, you are a benevolent leader who believes in reciprocity of loyalty- a leadership that is loyal to the followership and vice versa.
“May the Lord uphold, fortify and grant you many more years of service to our great party, Oyo state and our nation; Nigeria.”
