Governor-elect of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, today surprised many the University of Ibadan community as he donated the sum of N25,000,000 to assist the institution in rebuilding places destroyed by rainstorm.
OYO INSIGHT recalled that some parts of the the institution were affected recently affected by rainstorms.
Makinde, who was received by the management team of the institution led by its vice-chancellor, Prof Abel Olayinka idowu, presented the cheque during the visit.
This is just as Makinde thanked the University community for supporting him.
