Members of the State Caretaker Committee, and Chairmen of local government committees of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Oyo State, were on Thursday sworn in Ibadan.
The Chairman of the state committee, Chief Akin Oke had earlier been sworn-in by the National Caretaker/Convention Committee of party in Abuja.
Following their inauguration, the local government caretaker chairs are expected to swear-in members of the caretaker committee in their respective domains.
While speaking at the event, Chief Akin Oke admonished the new Caretaker Executives to guard their loins and get ready for the serious work ahead of them.
He noted that in line with the reconciliation efforts of the party, the caretaker chairmen should avoid discrimination against any member, either new or old.
