Olugbemi, OYO INSIGHT learnt, had recently embarked on a ‘Thank You Tour’ of the 10 wards of the local government area where he commissioned projects that included schools.
Among projects commissioned were block of three classrooms each at Community Primary School Dally in ward 9, Community High School, Jogbin Olunde and Olomi Primary School in ward 7. Also at ward 7, a street light project was commissioned at Muslim while a borehole was commissioned at Olomi market to cater for the needs of market men and women.
At Ayegun in ward 1 and Ewebiyi Primary School in ward 10, a massive UBEC classroom project he facilitated were inspected while rural electrification
Another set of boreholes were commissioned at Aba-Ode Soka in ward 5, Ikija village in ward 8, Onipe at ward 9, Olose and Village at ward 10.
In the course of the constituency tour, Hon Olugbemi in company of his team inspected projects facilitated by him that are under construction among which is Olomi-Olunde- Ayegun-Ijebu-Ig
Among various projects also commissioned include newly built and adequately equipped Primary Health Care Centre with Doctors’ lodge at Bare in ward 10 while a replica of it is, under construction at Agric-Olomi in ward 7, was inspected.
To ease their financial burden during Ramadan Olugbemi also gave cash gift to Muslim constituents.
While appreciating lawmaker for the numerous unprecedented feats accomplished by him, his constituents admonished him never to relent in his gesture of putting smiles on people’s face giving succour to them as he has been doing even before he was elected four years ago.
In his response, an appreciative Olugbemi thanked his people for the undiluted love and unwavering support he enjoys from them all the time, promising to do more in support of his people with whatever God has endowed him with.
This is just as he reiterated that the welfare and comfort of people of Oluyole is paramount in his mind and would stop at nothing to make sure his people enjoy the very best that they are deserve.
