Two weeks after leaving the shores of Nigeria, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, House of Representatives’ members-elect have visited Oyo State governor-elect, Engr. Seyi Makinde, in the United States of America.
OYO INSIGHT learnt that Makinde had left the country for a vacation few days ago after a hectic governorship campaign which kept him in Oyo State for many months.
It would be recalled that the PDP had won 4 House of Representatives’ seats and one senatorial seat during the National Assembly election.
At the meeting in Minesota, US, were Hon. Abass Agboworin (Ibadan North East/South East) and Hon. Stanley Olajide (Ibadan North West/South West).
Makinde, who is expected back in the country this weekend, left the US for the UK last night.
