A financial guru and the Bursar for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora, Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun has joined the list of donors who have been donating their time, talents and financial resources to the development of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora.
Alhaji Sarafa Agbogun who spoke during the send-off programme for the deputy rector of the institution promised to give an award to best graduating students in accounting for the period of ten years.
Alhaji Agbogun who is an illustrious son of Ibarapa promised to extend the award from ten years to twenty years upon the completion of his Doctorate Degree programme in accounting.
According to Alhaji Agbogun, the sum of five Thousand Naira would be given to overall best students in accounting Department.
He revealed that the donation would be paid into a designated account so that it would be accessible for presentation to the award beneficiaries.
Alhaji Agbogun therefore, called on other well-meaning individuals to follow his example by sponsoring more awards for best students in financial accounting, taxation, auditing and other subjects in accounting.
