Moniya-Iseyin Road Will Be Completed In February — Works Commissioner

The ongoing Moniya-Iseyin road project will be completed in February this year, Oyo State Commissioner for works, Prof. Daud Sangodoyin, has said.

Ayansiju stated this during an on site inspection of work at the project on Wednesday.

OYOINSIGHT.COM recalls that the Moniya-Iseyin road project was re-awarded by Governor Seyi Makinde in 2020 at the cost of N9 billion.

The project was re-awarded to KOPEK construction company

The project was initially awarded by former Governor Abiola Ajimobi at a cost of N7billion out of which N2billion was released before Makinde revoked the contract.
