According to the suit filed on 27th November, 2018, the claimant is praying the court for the payment of the sum of N19,500,000:00 (Nineteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira) only being his unpaid professional fees for legal services rendered to the Defendant in suit No. EPT/IB/NA/HR/2015 wherein judgment was delivered on 10th August, 2015 and Appeal No. CA/EPT/IB/8/2015 wherein judgment was delivered on 8th October, 2015.

By the claim filed by the claimant’s counsel, the claimant is also praying the court to award 10 per cent interest on the judgment debt until final liquidation by the defendant.
