To ease the difficulties experienced by motorists along the road which has become increasingly impassable by the day due to its near collapse, the ministry of public works and transport has moved some equipment to the deplorable Moniya-Iseyin road.
Only few hours ago, grader and excavator have started working on the road. A top government official told OYOINSIGHT.COM that work has begun from Odo-Oba end of the Moniya-Iseyin road.
This, according to the official, is part of the palliative measures promised by the state government pending the time the road construction would be renegotiated.
OYOINSIGHT.COM had reported how commuters had been groaning traveling on the  road that links Ibadan, the state capital, with the 10 Okeogun local government areas.
