‘Bayo Adelabu, All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in the 2019 election, has has congratulated a former finance commissioner under the administration of late former governor Abiola Ajimobi, Zaccheus Adelabu Adedeji, on his appointment as the executive secretary of the National Sugar Development Council, NSDC.
According to the immediate past former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Zacch’s appointment is a right peg in a round whole.
He added that, the appointment is well earned reward for Zacch’s consistency, hard work, dedication to duty and track record of outstanding performance in his previous endeavors.
“I have no doubt that you are capable of turning things around with your accounting and managerial background to uplift the status of the NSDC for the advancement of the country.
“I equally commended President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing Oyo state indigenes to sensitive positions like National Sugar Development Council among others” Adelabu said.
Adelabu pledged his support for Zacch to succeed in his new appointment.
