The Governor reportedly met with Olayinka’s wife, Oluwatoyin inside the CMD’s office where he told her thatt her husband is a valuable asset of the state who deserves the best support in a time like this.
He also informed the UCH CMD that Olayinka has been his long time close friend and associate adding that this is known to all and he would do everything in his power to make him regain his health.
“He is Oyo State’s property, so send his bills to us,” the Governor said.
Insiders who witnessed the meeting also stated that the CMD equally told the governor that Olayinka is their brother and friend at the UCH and assured him that they would give him the best treatment to keep him fit and restore his health.
Similarly, it is on record that the Publisher, Mr Parrot as he is fondly called, is receiving special attention from medical personnel attached to him at the hospital.
