The chairman of the all Progressive Congress in Oorelope local government, Hon Olasukanmi Ibirogba sulaiman has stated that Honorable Olumide ojerinde deserves another term at the Green chamber to other to bring more dividend of democracy.
Honorable Ibirogba made this known while speaking with our correspondent during the empowerment program for farmers in Oorelope and its environs facilitated by Honorable Olumide Abiodun ojerinde.
He noted that without any gainsaying Honorable Olumide Abiodun ojerinde has done wonderfully well at the Green chamber, urging the people of the old Irepo to join hands together to break the jinx o one term syndrome.
While speaking, Honorable Olumide Abiodun ojerinde, who was represented by Mr Abiodun Adeyemi noted that Honorable Olumide ojerinde hold the people of his constituents in high Esteem, and all this empowerment are tips of the iceberg noting that more are on the way.
He added that during electioneering campaign Omo Omole has Honorable Ojerinde been fondly called promised his people empowerment, employment social amenities, which he has fulfilled, noting that this agricultural empowerment worth millions of naira, adding that the empowerment program was aimed to aid food production in this rainy season.
The empowerment program which kick started in Irepo local government on the 14th of May 2022, Irepo constituency on the 23rd of May and now Oorelope constituency all receiving 350 herbicides, 350 fertiliser and 250 sprayers each in Honorable quest of fairness and equity
He further call on the beneficiaries to make use of the equipment.
Among those who grace the program include President of Ifelodun Omo igboho home and diaspora Mr Badmus imran oloyoyo who was represented by Mr Balogun Suharau the secretary, former Oorelope Apc Chairman Wahab Alade, Ex Chairman of Apc, Wahab jisoro, Party Wards Chairman, Party leader under the leadership of Pa Moses Odekunle, party Secretary Mr Wahab olayemi, Honorable Jimoh ishola, Former Oorelope LG secretary Hon Adam shittu, religious leaders, security personnel like Western Nigeria Security Network (WNSN) codenamed Operation Amotekun and others.
