The lawmaker representing Ibadan north west/ south west federal constituency, Hon. Saheed Akinade-Fijabi has commissioned an ICT Centre inside the popular Okebola High School, Ibadan.
While commissioning the project, Akinade-Fijabi said the initiative was borne out of his zeal to make learning attractive to teachers and students in his constituency.
He added that the facility will aid teaching and learning in a serene atmosphere.
He noted that the adoption of technology-mediated learning was a viable option towards improving the state educational system which is one of the cardinal points of the present administration led by Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
The school principal appreciated the kind gesture of the lawmaker, saying that the facility will improve e-learning among students.
She assured that it would boost the moral of the students in their academic pursuit in the school.
