Except for the state executives of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Oyo State, Monsurat Sunmonu and Michael Koleoso, are leading elected and appointed officials as well as 10,000 members of the party to another fold.
Though the party is not yet known, OYOINSIGHT.COM understands that the ADC had teamed up with Seyi Makinde’s Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the build up to the 2019 election.
Monsurat, a former Oyo Assembly speaker and Oyo central senator and Koleoso, a former secretary to the state government are two of the notable leaders of the party in the state.
