The Governorship Candidate of All Progressives Congress in the last general election, Chief Adebayo Abdulwaheed Adelabu has charged Muslim Ummah to continue their good deeds after the month of Ramadan for peaceful co-existence and communal social and economic advancement.
Chief Adelabu stated this in his Eid-el Fitri message released through one of his Media Aides, Comrade Femi Awogboro, said the month of Ramadan is full of rewards and divine blessings for the righteous from Allah.
“As Muslims we shouldn’t forget to observe our Zakat li fitri before Eid prayer as mandated by Prophet Muhammed (PBOH). And we should note that righteousness and regular worship as observed during Ramadan do not end with the completion of the fasting period”, Adelabu said.
The former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria also enjoined Muslims to continue to pray for our leaders for divine guidance for the overall development of the country. He also urged Muslims to celebrate the Eid-el fitri peacefully in their respective homes or neighborhoods and adhere strictly to all Covid 19 protocols.
The 2023 Oyo Guber hopeful Oyo wishes Muslim Ummah happy Eid-el Fitri Celebration and many more of it in life.
