COVID-19: At Last, Makinde ‘Consults’ UCH, Asks CMD, Health Commissioner To Set-up C’tee

It seems the ‘face off’ between the Oyo State government and the University College Hospital, UCH, is about to end.

Governor Seyi Makinde few hours ago asked the chief medical director of the institution to work together with the health commissioner to set up a 5-man committee.

This, Makinde said, became necessary following efforts by the federal ministry of health to decentralize the accreditation of isolation/treatment centres to state level so that it can be quicker and more efficient.
