The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) charged Adepoju with unlawful possession of and illegal deal on a banned substance.

He, however, pleaded not guilty.

NDLEA counsel, Mr Raphael Himinkaiye,  submitted that Adepoju committed the crimes on Dec. 3, at Bodija Market, Ibadan.

According to him, the offences contravene Section 11(b) and (c) of the NDLEA Act, 2004.
