This is coming 24 hours to the commencement of the court sitting on the matter.
Justice Iyabo Yerima of the Oyo State High Court has last Wednesday fixed Monday, 20th August for hearing in the case brought before her by Ayefele’s lawyers.
The Oyo State Government had last Monday given the owner three days ultimatum or risk demolition over alleged contravention of building law.
