The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the last general elections in Oyo State has been described as a leader par excellence by a chieftain of the party in the state, Idris Adeoye.
Adeoye made this remark in a statement to congratulate Folarin on his birthday anniversary made available to the public on Thursday.
In the statement, he described Folarin, a former Majority leader of the Senate, as an extraordinary party leader.
“Senator Folarin’s birthday serves as an occasion to remind ourselves of the extraordinary leadership he provides, not just within our great party, but across the spectrum in our dear state.
“He leads selflessly and strives to ensure the interest of everyone is accommodated and attended to. There are not many leaders in Nigeria’s political space who have the capacity or willingness to do that.
“On the occasion of his birthday anniversary, I can only pray that the Almighty continue to protect him and empower him with the capacity to do more for the progress of our dear state,” his statement read.
