A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, has congratulated Senator Teslim Folarin on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
Folarin, a former Majority leader of the Senate and gubernatorial candidate of the APC in the last general election in Oyo State clocks a new age today.
In his message, Akinola described the Ibadan-born former lawmaker as a savvy politician who puts his people first.
“Over the course of the years, I have had the opportunity to work and observe Senator Folarin and if there’s something that is not in doubt, it’s his love for his people.
“This love is why he always center them in his engagements and puts their interests first,” Akinola wrote.
He added that Folarin exhibits his love for the people of the state both in office and outside, a trait that he described as rare among Nigerian politicians.
He then prayed that the Almighty grants the celebrant many more years on earth.
