A governorship aspirant on platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Engr. Joseph Tegbe, has sympathized with traders and family of those who lost their lives in yesterday’s inferno that ravaged Akesan market, Oyo.
It’s with great sorrow in my heart that I commiserate with the people of Oyo town and most especially the families who lost their loved ones in yesterday’s fire incidence at the Akesan market
It’s regrettable that lives and properties were lost in this unfortunate fire incident.
In the face of increased incidences of fire outbreak in the recent past and the infrastructure challenges the state is facing, it’s paramount that the government of Oyo State urgently prioritize establishing a 21st century emergency response infrastructure and facility to prevent such unfortunate incident in the future.
The life of each and every citizen is precious and must be prioritized at all times.
May the Lord comfort the families and friends of the lost ones and the people of Oyo.
