A frontline governorship aspirant on the platform of the Oyo State chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Bayo Adelabu today escaped death as thugs attacked his convoy.
Adelabu was at the Ibadan North West local government chapter of the APC for his sensitization tour.
Though the cause of the attack was yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, OYO INSIGHT learnt that the a popular ‘area thug’ called Omo Oyé Treasurer.
The attack, OYO INSIGHT learnt, occurred barely few minutes after the immediate past deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, arrived the meeting.
