For Prince Akeem Adeniyi, lawmaker representing AFIJIO/Atiba/Oyo East/Oyo West federal constituency, a former senate leader, Oloye Teslim Folarin is a strong man and study in resilience.
Skimeh as the third-term legislator is known, said Folarin who clocked 61 today, is a politician of note and someone who learnt and knows how the game is played.
“Sen. Teslim Folarin who is 61 today is man of many parts. And I must admit that. Only few people have his political resumè in our state and elsewhere, especially in the Southwest. Apart from the fact that he started very early in life, he has been privileged to serve in higher position.
“Forget it, anything he set his eyes on, he strives to achieve it. Politics is about win and loss but he his triumphs are more than his losses. He knows how to rally round people.
“Today he clocks 61 and he doesn’t look it. This is someone who committed the 21 years to nation-building and community development. His influence is felt anywhere he is. So on this occasion of his birthday, I join everyone to celebrate this politician of many laurels, an Ibadan senior chief and a senior in politics.
