A socio-political volunteer group under the aegis of the Seyi Makinde For Good Governance (SMMFGG), has felicitated with the people of Oyo State, particularly the Christians on the occasion of this year’s Christmas, describing it as ” a divine message of religious tolerant, perseverance,unity,and love.”
In a goodwill message marking this year’s auspicious occasion, the group implores Christian faithfuls to live a life worthy of emulation and eschew all sorts of violence and religious intolerance.
The Statement reads:
”As Christians across the globe celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ , we believe that the divine message heaven is sending us is unity, love, tolerance and perseverance “.
”We urge Nigerians to reflect on the lives of Jesus, and to renew calls on tolerance, unity, sober reflection and perseverance.”
