Like he did during his first term, ‘Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State, has nominated an under-30, as commissioner.
Tipped to replace ‘Seun Fakorede, immediate past commissioner for youths and sport, Wasilat, will be the first female to steer the affairs of the ministry.
OYOINSIGHT.COM recalls how Makinde initially sent names of 7 nominees who had been screened and cleared.
On the new list sent to the assembly were Demola Ojo, Akeem Ige, Dotun Oyelade, Wasiu Olatubosun, Olasunkanmi Olaleye, Olusegun Olayiwola, AbdulMojeed Mogbonjubola, Michael Lana, Oyelade Akinfunmilayo and Wasilat Adepoju.
They will be joining the initial 7– Adeniyi Adebisi, Akinola Ojo, Musibau Babatunde, Daud Sangodoyin, Seun Ashamu, Fausat Joke Sanni and Toyin Balogun.
