Adebo Ogundoyin, speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly has admitted that ‘Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State, failed to deliver in Ibarapaland.
In a short video trending on TikTok, the speaker is seen telling his constituents that the governor didn’t release money for projects earnmarked for the zone, which has three local government.
