Our attention has again, for the umpteenth time, been drawn to a piece published on a blog under the title: Tracka Reveals Dishonest Conduct In Constituency Projects In Ibarapa, with a very dubious, misleading and dishonest but catchy pre-fix: ‘Must Read’ , by the same publisher which has virtually lost all its integrity on account of his penchant for consistent lies, shamelessly for a pay.
A good starting point will be to quickly remind the general public of recent publications of tissues of lies, on the receipt of a pittance, by this same shameless and irresponsible outfit in its articles titled: “Lawyer Publicly Violating Laws: An X Ray Of Muraina’s Push For Political Overlordship” and “Striking Out Of Muraina’s Defense And Ademola Ojo’s Substantial Case”.
In the former, the publisher had shamelessly published blatant lies on the constituency projects of Hon Ajibola Muraina just to disparage him and he was lectured on the workings of the parliament particularly with regards to the fact that Honourable Members merely nominate constituency projects and it is the Federal Government that executes and tracks execution by its relevant, recognized and related agencies, e.g EFCC, ICPC and others, and all the constituency projects then in existence were fully outlined in that response.
In the latter, the publisher turned himself to a campaign agent of a political party and even a judge in a matter before a competent court, churning out contemptuous purported ‘striking out’ orders of the defence of Hon Ajibola Muraina in that case and even wrong dates of adjournment thereby commiting contempt of court, all in a failed attempt to disparage Hon Dr Ajibola Muraina before Ibarapa voters.
When the judge finally decided the matter contrary to his published tissues of lies, he shamelessly kept mute till date about that final outcome. Such is the antecedent of the publisher of this blog totally lacking in integrity but slavishly engaging in pedestrian bread and butter journalism without bothering about the future of his outfit!
Having failed so far to achieve his cherished desire (which he will never achieve by God’s grace) he has by this most recent publication dragged Tracka into his shenanigans and attributed to the body a muddled up list, (by way of repetitions) falsely, dubiously, shamelessly and maliciously portraying the same as being that of the constituency projects of Hon Ajibola Muraina in Ibarapa Central/ Ibarapa North Federal Constituency. In any case, Tracka has not made any official statement on constituency projects in Ibarapa.
Given the publisher’s penchant for lie telling and the miraculous way it disappears into thin air when the truth (light) shines upon its lies (darkness), one would simply have advised the general public to dismiss this publication in toto coming from a publisher who had totally lost publication integrity. However, in order to ensure that the general public is not misled into believing his tissue of lies, it is necessary to submit in summary as follows:
1. Constituency projects have been carefully nominated by Hon Ajibola Muraina for the benefit of his constituents for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022.
2. The projects range from construction of public toilets, boreholes, bus-stops, and renovation of blocks of classrooms, at various locations within the federal constituency, including desirable skills acquisition trainings for his constituents, among others for the years: 2020, 2021 and 2022.
3. When a project title is repeated for another year, it is another separate, distinct, new project for that year with its quantum of money against it and it is to ensure that such projects spread to and cover other areas in the constituency not hitherto covered but no particular location is repeated twice and this cannot happen as the yearly budget simply says, “at various locations within Ibarapa Central/ Ibarapa North Federal Constituency” and the projects are prudently extended to other areas not hitherto covered. Of course, the sums of the monies against the projects vary from year to year and each year reflects a distinct and entirely new set of projects (never dubiously or fraudulently repeated as stated).
4. Except for some of the 2022 projects which are nearing completion, all the projects for 2020 , 2021 and even part of 2022 are fully executed and completed by the Federal Government through its various ministries, agencies and parastatals and it is repeated with all emphasis that no project is dubiously, fraudulently, mischievously or dishonestly listed twice as alleged by this blog or as attributed to Tracka or at all.
Therefore, the first and overriding information the general public should have on this issue is that federal lawmakers do not execute constituency projects, the federal government does. The federal lawmaker can only – having consulted with his constituents – nominate projects. The attempt by this malicious writer seemingly in the interest of the public, but in reality a failed hatchet job on the character and integrity of Hon Muraina, motivated by pecuniary gains, falls flat, in the face of the fact that the responsibility for executing constituency projects belongs to the executive arm of government.
Furthermore, it should be noted and the general public should be aware that a search of Tracka Nigeria website on the Constituency Projects web page using the title of the said piece returned the verdict of ‘Nothing Found’. In the same vein, a perusal of the list of recent posts by Tracka Nigeria and made available on her website has no title on dishonest handling of constituency projects in Ibarapa. It is a figment of the publisher’s morbid imagination.
What is more: The Federal Government and even Parliament have statutory agencies mandated to track her projects and they have done so on those projects without any complaints.
It will interest the general public that as this is being written and as it is usual of Hon Dr Ajibola Muraina, several developmental projects like the construction of multiple faceted boreholes, solar street lights, desirable skills trainings , et cetera, amongst others are currently ongoing but that publisher will never publish such wonderful contributions, but clearly as enemy of progress and development engaging in publishing blatant lies against the person of Hon Ajibola Muraina in the style of ‘pull him down’ ostensibly for the political gain of his paymasters (which plot has failed and will continue to fail).
Having been paid by his political masters, this publisher dubiously, maliciously, dishonestly created a muddled list of his own making (and attributed it to Tracka) just to disparage the outstanding Representative, for cheap political gain. His political paymasters simply wanted a malicious attack and the publisher having been given his ‘kola’ to play ball as usual, dragged Tracka’s name into it. Unfortunately, he has committed a foul in the box eighteen which has allowed the scoring of a critical goal against him by his full exposure to the general public and his complete unmasking as a publisher without publication integrity.
In spite of several warnings, this publisher is yet to appreciate that it is a criminal offence to feed the general public with tissues of lies.
In concluding this piece, we urge the general public, particularly the constituents of Hon Ajibola Muraina in Ibarapa Central/ Ibarapa North to disregard in toto these tissues of lies as Hon Ajibola Muraina is serving you all with the best of intentions and the fear of God and for which reasons he will always triumph over all the forces of evil, by the special grace of God Almighty. As he pilots the aircraft of Ibarapa’s development unto 2023 and up to 2027 by God’s grace, please sit down, relax and enjoy! E ma se gbo t’elegan (Don’t lend your ears to his enemies who see nothing good in whatever he does)
