Erstwhile deputy governor of Oyo State, Engr. Raufu Olaniyan, has said that President Bola Tinubu is doing well in resetting the economy of Nigeria.
Olaniyan, a retired former permanent secretary, made this known in a Sallah message, made available to journalists in his native Igboho, headquarters of Oorelope local government.
He said that Tinubu has started on a good note, adding that “the citizens should bear with the federal government. I can assure that President Tinubu means well for Nigeria. There is a very bright light at end of the unavoidable necessary tunnel we are currently passing through.
“President Bola Tinubu’s plan is to reset the economy of Nigeria to the path of prosperity and abundance of good life that befits Nigerians in a secured environment.
”So, as we celebrate Sallah, I want to urge us to pray earnestly for President Bola Tinubu and other leaders for them to be on the right track.
“I also like to remind us to extend our hands to our neighbours and especially the needy. We all understand the phase we are passing through. Like I have said, it happens like that when things want to turn for good. I wish you a happy celebration,” Olaniyan added.
