The news of the death of our Baba, Soun of Ogbomoso Land ,Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungnade III came to me as a rude shock but with total submission to the will of God.

The death of the revered royal father is a great loss as his death has left a great vacuum that would be difficult to fill . Baba lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation and his impact in the development of Ogbomoso will be dearly missed.

I condole with with the Royal family of Soun, traditional council of Pacesetters State and sons and daughters of Ajilete. It’s my prayer that God should grant the soul of the respected royal father eternal rest, and his immediate family, the fortitude to bear the loss and to overcome the difficulties posed by his departure.
