The two-time former commissioner stated this in a recent rejoinder made available to OYOINSIGHT.COM titled ‘responses from an alleged glorified almajiri to the tantrums of political cowards and failed politicians’.

The rejoinder, which is the latest in the ongoing internal crisis ripping apart the main opposition party in Oyo State is a reply to an advertorial by a ‘non-existent’ The Pacesetter Advance Marines.

In the rejoinder, Shittu reacted to various allegations leveled against him in the advertorial by the duo of Dauda Ajana and Kamaldeen Nageri, who he termed as a ‘non-existent’ and a ‘young jobless political hustlers’ respectively.

He added, ”that his authoritative investigations have shown that the infantile and vindictive tantrums were written by a notorious lawyer-friend of the sadistic Abiola Ajimobi, at the behest of the cowardly ex-governor.”

In reaction to the allegation that he is a forgotten political player, he said, “while the motley crowd around Ajimobi stupidly and cowardly want me to be forgotten in politics, serious-minded presidential hopefuls for 2023 elections are already consulting with me on procuring my support.”

He added that it is “a case of Eniti ko ba wa wo Iyewu, ko mo ohun ti an n se nibe, meaning: Those not in the inner room with us cannot know what we are doing there”.

He then noted that the ‘minions’ of the former governor, who is now the deputy national chairman (South) of the APC, can continue to live in self-denial “as if they are the only ones who would continue to triumph eternally”.

In his reaction to another allegation in the post that he is an ‘underachiever’ in the legal practice, Shittu wrote that even though he have had under his tutelage legal practitioners some of who have become senior advocates, high court judges, chief magistrates, and respected individuals at various level, his own potentials are not limited to the legal profession alone.

He added, “apart from being a lawyer, I am also an author, a publisher, a proprietor of four different schools and a businessman.”
