Many billboards of All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship aspirants in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, have been defaced with black oil.
OYO INSIGHT noticed this development in areas like Iyaganku, Ring road, Lagos – Ibadan bypass, Challenge and others.
Though this newspaper was unable to confirm those who carried out the act, billboards of aspirants from other political parties were spared.
