Notable Nigerian youths yesterday shunned political differences and attended the wedding of Adebo Ogundoyin, speaker of Oyo state house of assembly, and Olamidun Majekodunmi.
Sons of former governors Bola Tinubu and Adebayo Alao-Akala, Seyi and Olamiju respectively as well as Shina Peller, who represents Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola federal constituency and Seyi Adisa, who represents AFIJIO state constituency were in attendance.
The holy matrimony was held at the All Souls Anglican Church in Bodija while the reception followed at the Polo Club Eleyele, Ibadan.
It hosted past governors, politicians, judges, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and relatives of both families.
Among those who attended are Dapo Abiodun, Ogun governor, and Rotimi Akeredolu, Ondo governor.
Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo state, and Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, were also present.
Majekodunmi is the daughter of Femi Majekodunmi, the Ogun state universal basic education board (SUBEB).
