Minister of Youth and Sports Development Mr Sunday Dare paid a surprise visit to the abandoned youth development centre at Onla village in Oyo state with a promise to revive it for the empowerment of youth.
The expanse of land with few structures was started in 2013 as a Federal Government youth development project.
