PHOTOS: Sunday Dare Begins Distribution Of Food Items In Ibadan, Oyo

The Minister of Youth and Sports development, Sunday Dare on Wednesday began the distribution of relief packs to citizens of Oyo state through the local government areas in Ibadan and other parts of the state.
The relief items were distributed under the Support Oyo Campaign, SOC initiative conceived by the Minister in a bid to create a sustainable medium for the distribution of palliatives to the people of the state.
On Wednesday, about 5000 relief packs which contained semovita, Indomie noddles, and vitamin C drink packs were distributed to residents of various parts of the state on a nonpartisan basis.

In a statement made available to OYOINSIGHT.COM by the Support Oyo Campaign, SOC, the distribution of relief packs to the people of the state will continue throughout this period.
Earlier, similar distribution had taken place in various parts of Ogbomoso, Ibadan, and Awe where sanitizers, semovita, and salt were given out to people.

The Support Oyo Campaign by the Minister of Youth and Sports development is part of efforts by various individuals and organizations to support the government in the provision of palliatives to people in a bid to cushion the effects of the partial lockdown in the state.
