In what could be regarded as motivation for the brains behind the development of Minifootball in Nigeria in particular and Africa in general, the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, yesterday evening, hosted the leadership of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort and Africa Minifootball Confederation executive in his office.
The delegation led by Chief Dotun Sanusi, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Ilaji Hotels and sports was given a befitting reception by Engr Olaniyan who is known for his sports enthusiasm.
It will be recalled that the deputy governor last Thursday attended the opening ceremony of the ongoing African Minifootball Nation Cup holding at Ilaji Resort’s Minifootball Stadium.
Other dignitaries who followed Chief Sanusi to the dinner include; Mr. Achraf Ben Salha, Africa Minifootball Confederation (AMC) President; Hon Yemi Taiwo, Nigeria Mini-football Association President; Mr. Adesina Araoye, Chief Operating Officer, Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort; AMC Executives just to mention but a few.
