PHOTOS: Ooni, Alabi Soladoye, Others Arrive Abuja For Adelabu’s Send-off Event At CBN
Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, Oloye Lekan Alabi, Chief Yemi Soladoye of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, CCII and other notable Nigerians arrived Abuja with a frontline governorship aspirant in Oyo State, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, this morning for a send-off programme to be held for him tonight.

Adelabu, who is a grandson of late popular politician, Chief Adegoke Adelabu, is one of those jostling to succeed incumbent governor Abiola Ajimobi under the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The 48-year old Ibadan-born accountant recently resigned from CBN to pursue his political ambition.

On his entourage are his wife, Mrs Oluseyi Adelabu, his children as well as loyalists.

The sendforth/commendation programme is billed to start at 4 pm.
