The management of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort yesterday showed its commitment towards the provision of total hospitality services to its numerous guests as the mosque built for its Muslim guests was commissioned by the Chief of Imam of Ibadanland, Sheikh AbdulGaneey Abubakri popularly known as Agbotomokekere.
The event which started by 12 noon was rounded off by the observation of the first congregation prayer, the Zhur prayer, by the Chief Imam and other dignitaries.
The host of the event who is also the chief executive officer of the facility, Chief Dotun Sanusi, was the cynosure of all eyes as he was extoled and prayed for by all the Islamic clerics present for building a befitting Mosque for Muslim adherents despite the fact that he is a Christian.
Sanusi later gave out two rams to the Chief Imam and Chief Bayo Oyero as gifts for the forthcoming Eid-Ul-Kabir celebration.

Among the dignitaries present were; Chief Mustapha Adebayo Oyero, the chairman, Ibadan Muslim Community; Alhaji R. S. Oyebamiji, the chairman Muslim Association of Nigeria, Ibadan branch; Alhaji Kola Bolomope, the president Ona-Ara Development Forum, the caretaker chairman; Ona-Ara local government, the league of Imams in Ibadan, the Chief Imam of Ona-Ara LG, Hon. Taiwo Oke, former Chairman, Ona-Ara LG; Asiwaju Nuruden Akinade, executive member, Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII) among others.
According to the information released by the management, the church built for the organisation’s customers of Christianity faith will also be commissioned by the management soon.
