Amid raging verbal war between fuji musician, Saidi Osupa, and ace broadcaster, Kola Olootu, ‘Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State Monday afternoon redeemed the automobile gift he pledged to the Ibadan-born musician.
Olootu had alleged he was instrumental to crowning of Osupa as fuji king, a statement that irked the latter.
The sport utility vehicle, a Toyota Prado, was presented on behalf of the governor by Wasiu Olatubosun, commissioner for culture and tourism.
