Nigerian Communication Commission chairman, Prof. Adeolu Akande, on Thursday revalidated his membership of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The revalidation and registration exercise was done at his ward 8, Otu in Itesiwaju local government area of Okeogun zone of Oyo State.
Speaking after the exercise, Akande who did the registration alongside his wife, Mrs.Modupe Adeolu-Akande, told party faithful that the exercise was designed to strengthen the party in the state towards getting the state back in 2023
He reiterated that the registration of new members and revalidation of old ones is to have a strong database and strategically work in boosting the status of the party in the state and by extension Nigeria.
The APC is conducting a nationwide membership registration exercise between February 9 and 25, 2023.
