The Presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on Thursday, met former governor Rashidi Ladoja at his Ondo Street, Bodija Residence, in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
OYO INSIGHT recalled that Ladoja was governor under PDP between 2003 and 2007.
Though details of the meeting is still sketchy as at press time, Atiku, who was in town for the Southwest rally of the party ahead of 2019 elections, visited him to solicit support for his ambition.
The visit came few minutes after Ladoja defected from the African Democratic Congress, ADC, to the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP.
