OYO INSIGHT can authoritatively report that a former chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Michael Adegbite, has joined the newly formed African Democratic Congress, ADC, in the state.
Chief Adegbite, who became PDP chairman in 2002 before Chief Rashidi Ladoja became governor in 2003, attended the general meeting of the party in his Iganna hometown of Iwajowa local government area of the state.
He was yesterday received into the party by one our of the party leaders, Alhaji Kareem Saka.
Confirming it, Chief Goke Oyetunji described the development as a good thing.
The progressive leader predicted victory for the party, advising that the party is open to any politician.
