Shooting Stars Football Club, 3SC, of Ibadan and Crown FC of Ogbomoso are set to clash at the final of this year’s Oyo State Football Association cup.
They are meeting in the final for the third consecutive time, since 2016.
The two clubs who play in the Nigeria National League, NNL, are sponsored by the state government.
While 3SC got relegated from the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, at the end of last season, Crown FC have been in the NNL for quite a while.
3SC got to the final after its opponent failed to grace the semi-final match while Crown FC defeated Pace Setters FC 4 goals to nil to claim a slot in the final.
The final comes up on June 12, 2018 at the Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan.
