To ensure victory for himself and other candidates of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, in Oyo State, the lawmaker representing Oyo South senatorial district, Sen. Adesoji Akanbi, has inaugurated campaign volunteers numbering about 1000.
The volunteers, who were drawn from the 9 local government areas in Akanbi’s senatorial district, are expected to sell the lawmaker’s achievements as well as the ADC to the populace when the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, gives the go ahead for campaign.
Codenamed #TeamSOJ, the canvassers were trained at the orientation program.
Akanbi, who expressed joy at the turn out said he would leave no stone unturned in his bid to sell his achievements
Akanbi and Ajimobi would cast their votes at the same polling units in the 2019 elections.
